Cleaning windows in the rain doesn’t affect the quality of the job. It just makes it uncomfortable for our staff. If it is raining heavily, and the job involves cleaning the external side of the windows, then we will work on indoor windows or covered areas until it clears. If it’s set in heavy then we will generally re-schedule.

If you notice your windows have any streaks or the rain has ruined your sparkling clean windows, we will come and touch up your windows free of charge.
Give us a call as soon as possible and we will reschedule the cleaning to another day and time, however 48 hours notice would be appreciated. We do understand that circumstances can change for people at the last minute. At this stage we don’t have a cancellation fee.
